On Thursday 11th November 2021 we hosted a workshop focused on Innovation, Change and Decision-Making as part of the Association of Sporting Directors Global Programme. Below is the slides, additional content and recording from the session.

Dr Sam Lloyd, SVP of Elite at Hudl shared some his insight on how technology companies approach managing change. — Sam holds a PhD from Loughborough University in the effects of video analysis on player development and the athlete / coach relationship. Using this research Sam founded a video analysis company called Replay Analysis, which was acquired by Hudl in 2014. Since then Sam has held various leadership roles, and currently heads up the entire Elite focused business. Working across all professional sports and Division 1 Universities, Sam has a broad base of experience from small, on budget analysis implementations in Chile, to major multi stakeholder projects in the NBA and Premier League.
