We welcomed Garry Cook for an interview with Haydn Roberts to discuss  – “The brand called you”.

Gary shared his insights with honesty and wisdom for the members who made the session.

He reminded us of need to be authentic and true to your values, and that your actions and behaviours in the workplace form the key ingredients in creating your personal brand.

Some key take home messages included the importance of listening and asking others what they think. Not all solutions come from within and embracing the talent in the room is an essential leadership skill.
